Storage is billed monthly based on the actual space you use. We charge per pallet position, with discounts for long-term storage. We provide detailed storage reports so you can optimize your inventory levels.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. We'll prorate your billing accordingly. Most of our clients start with the Starter plan and move to Growth as their business expands.
The per-order fee includes picking your items, quality checking, packaging, labeling, and preparing for shipment. It does not include the actual shipping cost, which is billed separately at carrier rates plus our small handling fee.
